WARRANTY
Proof wood eyewear Australia offers a 90 day manufactures warranty on all products sold. Proof prides them self’s in manufacturing the highest quality products on the market. For that reason we cover all manufactures defects. Proof will determine what is considered a manufactures defect on case to case bases. The 90 day warranty does not cover scratched lenses or indirect/direct misuse or abuse. Whether you purchased the item from an Authorized Proof dealer or directly from the Proof website, Proof of purchase is necessary to complete the warranty process. If your product is covered in the warranty Proof will replace or repair the item in timely manner and have it shipped free of charge.
Returns/Exchanges
Here at Proof eyewear we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. We offer a 15 day return policy. Any product purchased on www.iwantproof.com.au can be returned or exchanged as long as the product is returned in its original packaging and has no signs of wear. If a product is exchanged the customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost of the new item. If the product is returned the customer will receive a refund of the purchase cost of the item, shipping will not be refunded in the case of a return ( that is a flat fee of $10).
