Can Proof wood sunglasses get wet?
Yes they can! Proof sunglasses are all coated with a clear protective gloss which protects the sunglasses from warping and cracking. In fact some of our models even float in water.

Can I put my prescription in proof glasses?
We are currently working on our eye wear line, we currently do not offer prescription but many clients have done it themselves.

Do you have a warranty?
We have a 90 day warranty on each pair of Proof Sunglasses sold, whether it be from a local shop or from the website.

How are Proof sunglasses sustainable?
We only use 100% sustainable woods, which means the trees used in our shades are farmed and replanted after being harvested. We make sure we dont use any rare or endangered woods in the manufacturing process. Did you know wood is the only 100% renewable, recyclable, reusable, and biodegradable resource in the world.

How strong is the wood?
All of our sunglasses are made out of hard woods, which help make the structure of the frame pretty dang strong.

Our website is 100% secure and privet. we have the Valuation certified seal which helps keep everything safe and confidential.

What’s the best way to care for my Proof sunglasses?
Frame Care: We recommend when not wearing your Proof wooden sunglasses to keep them in a hard case. Don’t just throw them in your pocket or your bag.
Lens care: Use the micro fiber bag which was provided to you when you purchased the sunglasses to clean and care for the lenses.

What is the difference between a polarized and non polarized lens?
Polarized lenses differ from non-polarized lenses in one main way. Vertical “Polarizers” block transmission of horizontal light through polarized sunglass lenses. The result is that polarized lenses reduce glare created by the sun’s reflection off horizontal planes such as the hood of a car, the road, and water surfaces. The difference between the two types of lenses is quite apparent when you directly compare the two.

How long will it take to get my sunglasses?
We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. We ship all of our product with the Australian Post Office. Shipping time within In the Australia is about a week and out of country orders take a bit longer.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15 day return policy. Any product purchased on www.iwantproof.com.au can be returned or exchanged as long as the product is returned in its original packaging and has no signs of wear.

Do you really give back?
At Proof we look for every opportunity we can to help those around us, we currently donate 10% of the profit of each sunglass sold to an eye clinic in India that give sight seeing surgeries to people who can’t afford it. We are always looking for other ways to help out as well: Sponsoring local youth soccer teams, donating clothing two 3rd world countries, and the list goes on.
